The Forensic Hardware Laboratory was established to facilitate the acquisition of digital evidence while preserving its evidentiary integrity during forensic case investigations. This laboratory ensures that the evidence is prepared for examination and analysis. It is equipped with a wide range of professional hardware used in the forensic field and is ready to support both scientific research and practical applications in professional settings.

2. Laboratory Features

The laboratory’s spacious layout allows for simultaneous use of all devices. Dedicated workstations for each group of devices prevent confusion and enhance efficiency. Projection systems are used during lessons to improve teaching quality and help students adapt more easily to the course material.

The Forensic Hardware Laboratory is equipped with a variety of tools, including those for forensic evidence duplication, disk analysis, disk wiping, disk repair, write protection, Faraday bags, network monitoring and analysis, mobile device repair, and hard disk adapters.
